This might seem like the boring bit but having these terms and conditions help protect you as a guest and give guidance on what to expect when you book into Araul.
Payment Plan
To secure your holiday, a payment of 50% of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking (100% if the check in date is less than 40 days away). 40 days before your check-in date, the remaining 50% of the balance is due plus a £100 security deposit.
Security Deposit
This is a payment of £100 which we take to cover the cost of any damage or extra cleaning required after your stay. We really hope that you will look after the house and we will only claim for this is there is an issue which cannot be rectified during the normal changeover period. The house will be checked by the cleaning team as soon as possible after your departure and if there are no issues the process to return the deposit to you will commence no later than 7 days after your departure.
Cancellation Policy
We really hope you don’t have to cancel a booking but know that sometimes things outside of your control happen. If a guest cancels at least 30 days before check-in they will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in they will get 50%. Cancellation closer than 14 days before check in results in no refund of moneys paid.
Check -in and Check out times
Check-in time: 4pm
Check-out time: 10am
Our cleaners often have multiple properties to service on the same day and so it important that guests leave on time and also do not arrive arrive early unless you have specifically arranged that with us. In some situations we can offer some additional time and we will try and be flexible whenever possible. If you wish to have a leisurely final day of your holiday, contact us to see if you can book the property for the whole day for a small fee (subject to availability).
